Air mattress
But fewer people, it seems, have heard of Comfortable.
Air mattress
The Comfortable bed is like the Sleep Number bed in many aspects. Both use air as the main support feature, instead of internal springs, water, memory foam, etc. And both have an adjustable firmness at the push of a button. More air in the mattress means more firmness and vice versa.
Is Comfortable better, worse or the same as the Dream Number?
To find this answer, among many others, I recently spent at least 250 hours scouring almost 50 online forums, message boards, consumer websites, etc., gathering data from at least 1,600 people on what they think of their mattresses. Here are some of my findings about Sleep Number and Comfortable.
Which is more comfortable?
According to my research, both beds have a high rating in terms of comfort compared to other mattresses. However, 90% of Comfortable owners find their bed comfortable, while 70% of Sleep Number owners find their bed comfortable.
Which is more affordable?
The prices of Sleep Number beds generally vary from less than 000 to almost 000. The prices of Comfortable beds are usually lower and range from less than 000 to more than 000.
Which one seems to have better quality?
According to my research, about 8% of the owners of Sleep Number and Comfortable said they consider their bed to be of poor quality. However, 4% of Sleep Number owners said they think their bed is of good quality, while 17% of Comfortable owners said they think their bed is of good quality.
So, what is the bottom line?
While the Sleep Number (Select Comfort) bed has many satisfied customers, Comfortable seems to beat Sleep Number at present in some important aspects, according to my research.
